been chartered by Capt. Gorman Miller, for

trade between Cairo and New Orleans, and
will be found at our wharf Sunday, Capt.
Phillips has agreed to give her "more or
less" freight. As Capt. Tom Tarr of Wolf
Island, has promised Capt. Miller all his
business, there is no doubt of her success.

MEAL Prices are shaded a little to-day
but the demand is fairly active.

outside quotations. Common is plenty and
EGGS Steady and firm. Receipts are
light and demand good.
CHICKENS Receipts ore readily dis
posed of at fair prices.
VEGETABLESr-Of all kinds, except
onions, are quiet and dull.
