OTHER FELLOWS THINK SO TOO
There'i jun one thing a man can have
In ail tl.l world of woe anditrlfe,
That makep the buftneii not too bad,
And that one thin'i an ea?y wife.
Don fancy that I love my girl
For ropy cheeki or raven hairt
Mm hold my heart became che laugh
Becante the laugha, and doesn't can? .
I put my boot ju where it mite,
And find them where I put them, too;
That it a tbiLi;. you mart allow,
A chap can very leldom do,
I leave my paper on my dek;
Klie never dun them In a heap,
Or take to ligbt the kitchen Move,
The very one I want lo keep.
On winter clhti my cozy dame
Will warm her toe before the fire;
the never co',d about the lamp,
Or want the wick a trifle h'.Khtr.
On Sunday be in lot o fine
But what her ruffle I can hug;
I llnht my pipe jun where I pletee.
And rpill theathe on theng
The bedi sever filled with "pham"
A thinj ome women vilely plan
To worry pen anta half to death,
And ppoll the temper of a man.
belett me aleep to any hoar,
Nor ra!e any horrid din
If It juPt happen, row and then,
To be quite late w hen I come In.
I tell you. Jack, If yoa would w ed,
Jupt jet a pirl who let thing run;
.She'll keep her temper like a lamb,
And help you on to lot of fun.
Don't look for money, tyle or phow,
Or bln-hlng beauty, ripe aDd rare;
Jun take the one who Uuch at fate
Who !an;hp, nnd tbow he doepn't cure.
You think, perhap, our boopehold way
Arc Jut perchance a little mixed;
Oh. when they get too horrid bad,
We Ptiraboot and gel thifcgp fixed.
What compurgation ha a man
Who earns hi bread by eweat of brow,
If home I made a battle cronnd,
And life one long, eternal row;
