rains of yesterday, A keen wind from the
north has prevailed for tho past twenty

beginning ot thu week. Stocks are ample
in all kinds of farm productions, and prices
are generally firm and unchanged.
FLOUR Choice and family grades are
in fair demand; there is also a modorato in
quiry for XXX; other grades aro neglected.
HAY Tho market rules steady, with
a lair demand and a better supply. Prices
aro a shade better on some grades.
CORN-Prices rulo steady, but thu
demand is very light us is also the supply.
OATS Tho market is somewhat dull
and overstocked by the liberal receipts of
tho past few days. Prices are weak with a
MEAL Steady, quiet and unchanged.
The demaud is entirely to fill orders from
BRAN Scarce and firm at 70 cents.
BUTTER Quiet and eaby. Choice sells
readily, but every thing else is neglected.
EGGS The demand is fair and prices
CHICKEN'S Receipt have been large
and the demand is stuil!. The market is
dull and weak.
APPLES Receipts are fair and the
market is well supplied.
POTATOES Receipts on consignment
have been fair and the stock on the market
is moderately large.
