Weather is warmer than at last writing,
River continues to fall.
The market is quiet with but little
change. Receipts are small on most articles
and demand lair.
FLOUR. Market dull and unchanged;
lemand small and stocks moderately large.
HAY. Receipts large and demand very
CORN. The demand is very good and
the receipts light.
OATS. The receipts light and demand
MEAL Scarce and firm. The demand
far exceeds the supply.
BRAN The demand is light and prices
have declined a little.
BUTTER The demand for good is fair.
Common is unsaleable.
EGGS There are very few on the mar
ket and prices are firm at quotations.
CHICKENS Scarce and demand good
STRAWBERRIES We note a down
ward tendency, owing to the large receipts
during the past few days.
