Do it ordained by tho Mayor and Common Council of tho City of Globo: SECTION I. That it shall -bo unlawful for any woman, female porson or minor, for ny I urposo whntsoovor, to enter any saloon or any wineroom eonuected therowith, or any other place within the eorpornto limits of tho City of Globo whero intox icating liquors aro sold to bo consumed upon tho premises. SECTION II. Tlint it shall bo unlawful for any sa loon proprietor or person in charge of any saloon, wino room, or other plnce whero intoxicating liquors aro sold to be consumed on tho premises, to permit any woman, fenialo person or minor to enter or remain therein for any purpose whatsoever. SECTION" III. , That any female person or minor, or proprietor of, or person in charge of, anv saloon or wino room, violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall boj collected to tho City Treasurer; to keep punished by a fino of not loss than flvo nor more than two hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding three mouths, or by both such fino and im prisonment. SECTION IV. It is provided that this ordinance shall not apply to houses of prostitu tion maintained by females nud em ploying fomales only, or to hotels or restaurants. . SECTION V. Tho proceedings against any porson or persons for or on account of alleged violation of any of tho ordinances of the City of Globo may bo prosecuted before any Justice of tho Peace residing in ,siid City, and all monoy collected or rccoived for fines, penalties and forfeit ures shall be paid into tho treasury of the city as hereinafter provided; such proceedings shall be commenced by complaint signed and sworn to before such Justice, stating tho clauso or elausos of tho ordinance which it is allogcd have beqn violnted. SECTION II. Whoncvor any complaint is fded with any Justice of tho Peaco residing in the said City of Globe, charging the violation of any ordinance of tho City by any natnral porson or persons, a warrant shall bo issued thereupon by such Justice for the arrost of tho of qndor and trial of tho alleged offender shall bo had boforo suqb .Tustico in like manner as in tho case of misdemeanors under the laws of the Territory of Ari zona; in the event of tho conviction of the offender the judgment may re quire the party convicted to pay a fine, iir be imprisoned, or both, or pay a fine and stand committed to tho jail of tho eounty or tho calabooso of the City of Globo until the pnyment of such fine or to bo confined at hard labor upon the streets or public works of tho City ac cording to the provisions of tho Ordin ance or clause of the Ordinance vio lated. Where a fine or penalty has been imposed by tho Court, upon tho convic tion of auy person or persons, and the judgment of tho Court does not provide 'or imjwso any imprisonment for non Vyiont thereof; tho samo may bo col j oc ted by an action of debt as heroin provided as to corporations. If any person shall bp drunk or shall be in a stato of intoxication in any highway, street, thoroughfare or other public place -within this city, -or shall be drunk and disorderly in any private house or place, or shall abuse another I by using menacing, insulting, slander ous or profane language, or shall com mit nn assault or battery-upon another, every such person shall bo ueemed guil ty of n misdemeanor and upon convic tion thereof shall bo fined in any sum not less than five nor'nioo than fifty dollars, or shall bo confined at hard labor upon tho streets aud'public works of the City for -a period not exceeding thirty days. " It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use, occupy or obstruct auy sidewalk or any street in tho City of Globo for tho purposo of displaying goods, wares or merchandise. SECTION XII. ' It shall bo unlawful for any porson, firm or corporation to erect or maintain or allow any person to erect or main tain auy booth, stand or counter on any sidewalk of the City of Globe, or keep or maintain upon the street any wagon, cartt wheel, vehicle, movable booth or stand for the purpose of barter or trade 'except under license or contract with the Common Council of tho City of Globe. ' SECTION XIII. ''It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit upon tho streets, alleys,public grounds or upon any vacant lot of the 'City of Globo any refuse, garbage, waste pacr o debris of any nature, ex cept at such times and places and under such regulations as tho Common Council may from time to time point out or adopt. SECTION XIV. It shall be unlawful for any person having cliarge or control of a job wag on, to occupy us a stand for the same any "portion of any street, in front of any building or vacant lot where the owner of such building or vacant lot or nny occupant of the street floor of such building shall object; provided, that nothing- in this ordinance shall prevent the Owner or driver of any job nngon or market wagon from stopping in any plnco other than a public cross ing of any public street for the purpose of receiving or delivering any goods, wares or merchandise. SECTION XV.
