same; to purchase or otherwise acquire,
to sell or otherwise disposo of, and to
deal in any and all kinds of stocks,
bonds, debentures, securities of any and
all kinds, and obligations or evidences
of indebtedness of other corporations or
associations oither within or without
tho Territory of Arizona; and in general
to do all things necessary to tho proper
conduct of tho business of this corpora
tion in tho Territory of Arizona and
elsewhere, not inconsistent with tho
laws of tho United States and tho Ter
ritory of Arizona.
THIRD. Tho authorized amount of
capital stock of this corporation shall bo
Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dol
lars ($250,000.00), divided into Twenty
fivo Thousand (25,000) shares of tho
par valuo of Ton Dollars ($10.00) each.
At such times as the Board of Directors
may by resolution direct, said capital
stock shall bo paid into this corpora
tion, oither in cash or by sale and trans
fer to it of real or porsonal proporty for
tho U8C3 and purposes of said corpora
tion, in paymont for which shares of
tho capital stock of said corporation
may bo issued; and tho capital stock so
issued shall thoreupon and thereby be
come and bo fully paid up and non
assessable, and, in tho absence of actual
