Applications for such permits shall bo filed with tho CityClerk and shall sot forth tho nature and plan of the building or improvements, and the place wheioou the samo is proposed to be orectod. SECTION III. It shall bo unlawful for any person to maintain within the said firo limits any tent or canvas. covered building, or other structure with canvas or cloth roof or lining, or any stove pipes run ning through any side or roof opening hi any building. t SECTION IV. All persons are hereby forbidden to storo or keep, or cause to bo stored or kept, within the fire limits above de scribed, any gunpowder, blasting pow der, giant jwwder, gun cotton, nitro glycerine, coal oil or gasoline, or any other explosive or combusti ble material of whatevor na turo; except twenty-fivo pounds of black powdor and ten cases of coal oil, which may bo kept by any storekeeper on his promises for immediate sale. Provided, this shall not bo deemed to prevent tho i".o of gasoline lamps or engines, about which not more than five gallons of gasoline aro stored. SECTION V. When permits have been granted foi tho erection or alteration of buildings within the fire limits, tho plans thoreof shall not be materially changed with out the consent of tho Common Coun cil; and no more than ono-third of the Uroot about any premises may be oc cupied or obstructed with building ma terial, and at no time shall the public streets bo obstructed with building ma terial unless a permit therefor is had. SECTION VI. Any permit granted as hereinbefore provided may bo revoked in the event the construction work is carried on in a reckless manner, mcHing the street ibout tho premises dangerous.
