the County Rocordor of Gila County,
Territory of Arizona, provided that a
cortifiod copy thoroof shall bo filed in
tho ollico of tho Territorial Auditor of
Arizona; publication of said articlos
shall bo mado, and affidavit of such
publication filed, in tho manner and nt
tho time required by law. Tho termina
tion of this corporation shall bo twonty
fivo years from aud after tho date of
filing u cortilled copy of said articles
in the office of tho A '.tor of tho Ter
ritory of Arizona.
Tho affairs of this corporation shall
bo conducted by a Bonrd of ten direct
ors, elected annually by, and from
among, the stockholders, but the num
ber of directors may bo incroasod by
voto of tho directors, nnd in tho event
of suck increase occurring, then such
additional membership shall be fillod
by tho Board. Tho first unnual mooting
of stockholders for this purpose and for
tho transaction of such other business
as may properly como boforo them,
shnll bo hold on tho 1st Wednesday of
February of tho year 190S, and such
annual meeting shall thereat tor bo held
