and construct roads, wolls, rcsen-oirs
and pumping plants.
(e) To buy, sell, own, hold and deal
in tho corporate stock of other corpora
tions and other collaterals, notes and
securities.

Tho amount of capital stock of this
corporation shall bo Ono Hundred Thou
sand ($100,000) Dollars, divided into Ten
Thousand (10,000) shares of tho par
valuo of Ton ($10.00) Dollnrs each, such
stock to bo issued when fully paid for
in services or property, from time to

Tho timo of the commencement of

ARTICLE VI.

rectors, who shall bo shareholders. A
majority of said Board shall constitute
a quorum for tho transaction of business
and tho first directors shall bo W. G.
Shanloy, George Shanley, Nan Shanley,
Sarah liose and Maud Waters; all of
Gobe, Arizona, who shall hold office
until 10 o'clock A. M. of the second
Tuesday of May, 1908, and until thoir
successors arc elected and qualified.
Thereafter, tlio Directors annually, at
a stockholders' meeting to bo held nt
tho office of tho Company at Globe, Ari
zona, on tho second Tuesday of May, at
ton o'clock A. M., in each year, shall
be elected and qualified for tho term of

day in May in each year.
