disposo of electric lighting, power and
water plants, gas works,; sewer systems

Tho authorized capital stock of this
corporation is and shall bo Sixteen thou
sand dollars, divided into One hundred
nnd sixty shnrcs of the par value of
One hundred dollars each. Each share
of stock whon issued shall be fully
paid for in cash or in property of a
cash equivalent, and such Btock when so
issued shnll become forever non-assessable.

which these Articles of Incorporation

termination of this corporation shall
be twonty-fivo years from and nftcr the
dato of filing tho certified copy of tho
said Articles in tho ofiico of tho Auditor
of tho Territory of Arizona.
