termination of this corporation shall

date of filing tho certified copy of the
said Articles in tho oflico of tho Auditor
of tho Torritory of Arizona.
ARTICLE V.
Tho affairs of this corporation Bhnll

rectors, elected annually by nnd from
tho stockholders of this corporation.
Tho first annual mcoting for this pur
pose nnd for tho transaction of any
