Numbor Three.
Bo it ordained by tho Mayor and
Common Council of tho City of Globe:
SECTION I.
Soction X of Ordinanco Number Thrco
of tho City of Globo is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION X.
Tho compensation of tho various of
ficers of tho City of Globo is hereby
fixed as follows:
Tho City Clerk shall receive a salary
of soventy-fivo dollar per month.
The City Attorney shall receive a sal
ary of one hundred dollars per month,
and an allowanco of fiffeen cents per
folio for typewriting.
Tho City Marshal shall receive a sal
ary of .ono hundred and forty dollars per
month. He may appoint deputies at a
salary not exceeding ono hundred and
twenty dollars per month, but such
deputies may bo discharged by tho
Common Council at any time.
Tho Supervisor of Streets shall re
ceive a salary of ono hundred and
thirty-fivo dollars per month.
All salaries, unless othcrwiso ordered,
shall becomo duo and payable On the
first day of each month.
SECTION IT.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith aro hereby re
pealed. SECTION III.
This ordinarico shall take effect and
bo in forco from and after its passage.
