BALL GAME SUNDAY
A ONE-SIDED AFFAIR
There was a good turnout nt the ball
park Sunday afternoon, but tho quality
of sport put up was mediocre. Tho con
testants wero the regular team and the
Globo Colts, and after going through
seven innings both teams were about all
in and they quit with a score of 12 to 3
in favor of tho regulars. Itamus, the
Indian twirlcr, started pitching for the
Colts, but ho was not up to his usual
form and pitched wild. Reinhardt
pitched tho first four innings for the
regnlnrs, giving tho Colts two hits, the
first two men up in tho first inning,
North and Mooro, getting singles. Mar
dorf finished tho gnmo and two hits
wcro mado off his delivery. It is ex
pected that tho El Paso White Sox will
bo hero next Sunday.

Tonight from 8 to 10 o'clock the
water will bo shut off and tho mains
given another flushing out. It is ex
pected that this will greatly improve

last evening on Hill street, at which

Globe's best known and popular young

J. Kellnor und Miss Ailoon Marckley
wore unitod in marringo nt 8 o'clock
by Rov. Georgo Solby of tho Episcopal
church. Tho groom was attonded by
II. C. Hannwalt and tho brido by Mrs.
S. B. Clnypool. Tho homo which tho
groom recently purchased from his
brother, Ern,cst F. Kellnor, and where
tho marringo occurred, was prettily
decorated with cut flowers from tho
coast. After tho ceremony a tempting
wedding supper was served.
Tho brido is ono of Globo 's charming
young Indies and litis for sumo timo boon
o favorite in social circles. Sho is tho
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Marck
ley. Tho groom is tho youngest son of
Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Kellnor, pioneer
residont of Globe, and is at present
cashier of the Globo Bank & Savings
company, of which ho is also ono of tho
principal stockholders. Ho was em

ascertain tho amount or terms of tho
bond.
Tho Novadans also bonded tho Mc
Ilugh group, which adjoins the Sny
der group on the west and north, for
$120,000, paying 10 per cent down.
Novadans also obtained bonds on tho
Sovcnty-nino mine and tho O'Brien and
Wilson proportics which surround tho
Sovcnty-nine. Tho price on tho Sov-onty-nino
is $00,000, of which Judge
George Scott gots $10,000, Robert Bran
aman $10,000, J. I. Coleman $10,000,
Jack Branaman $10,000 and Dennis
O'Brien $20,000. Wo could not nscor
tain tho amounts to bo paid for tho
O'Brien, tho Wilson and tho Snyder
groups.

Locally tho market was dull and nominally lower with Lake, 21.00
to 24.75; Electrolytic, 23.00 to 21.f0; Casting, 22.00 to 22.25.
Load was unchanged at 20 in tho London market, but lower lo-
cally at 5.75 to COO.
Spelter was unchanged at 21 15s in London nnd 0.40 to C.45 in
tho local market.
Iron was locally unchanged.
