A good attendance is antici pated. Caso Appealed. Tho caso of Feland vs. Edwards, recently tried in Justice Thomas' court, has been apopaled by tho defendant to the district court. Feland sued for $200, alleged to bo duo in tho shapo of commissions for furn ishing a buyer for tho Edwards prop erty. Judgo Thomas, after hearing the evidence, rendered n decision in favor of tho plaintiff, awarding him $100.
