On motion Messrs. Fultz and Guthrie -
were authoriaed to have Clarks Bayou
Bridge refloored.
On motion Mr. Hunter was authorised
to have bridge on Pecano road repaired.
On motion Mr. Coons was authorized
to have the road along the levee in the
5th ward repaired. I
The Committee appointed to ecertain
value of land damages to Locust and
plantation by reason of the construe
tion of the public road through the said
property, reported that no damages were
assessed, per agreement with owners of
said property, and said owners are per
mitted to maintain a gate acros said
public road.
The Assessor of the parish presented
his Assessment Rolls for the year 1913,
and the Police Jury constituting itself in
to a Board of Reviewers, examined said
Rolls and Asseesments therein and upon
motion, duly seconded, said Rolls were
accepted.
The following bills were allowed and
ordered paid:

the commencement exercises of Tulane
f University of Loaisana, to be held at the
French Opera House, in New Orleans,
on Wednesday morning, 4th inlt. The
