an attorney having been regularly ap
pointed to represent him, and an an.
swer having been filed and all delays
and proceedings required by law
having been had, and a trial being
had and by reason thereof, and by
reason of the law and evidence tend
ing to show the insanity and inca
pacity of the said John W. Osborn,
and the Court being of the opinion
that the said Osborn is insane, and
incapable of taking care of his per
son and administering his affairs, it
is therefore ordered, adjudged and
decreed that there be judgment here
in decreeing the defendent, the said
John W. Osborn, to be insane, and
incapable of taking care of his per
son and administering his affairs, and
pronouncing his interdiction, the cost
of this proceeding to be paid obt of
the estate of the defendant.
