A Narrow Kicape.

Horse Thieves Captured and Jailed.
On tho night before last Deputy United
States Marshal Shely set out towards Somerset
after some hurso thieves who liavo been oper
ating there lately to porno extent. He cap
tured two, one of whom, Hen Shadhoin, by
name, lie brought into town and Jailed. The
other ho left at Cot'illu, as tho horses stolen by
tho latter wero taken In Lu bullo county. This
prompt action is rapidly breaking up the gang
of horse thieves In boiucrset county.
