mail to each stockholder.

ous notice given in a newspaper published in
the city of New Orleans.
ARTICLE VII.
No stlockholer of this corporation shall
ever be held liable for any of the indebted
ne-ss, contracts or faults thereof, In any fur
ther sum than the unpaid balance due on
the shares of stock owned by him.
ARTICLE VIII..
At the expiration of this charter, or in
case of dissolution before that time, its af
fairs shall be liquidated by three commis.
