covering the same for the manufacture of
said apparatus by others the sales of rights
under said patents. and for the use and
enjoyment by others of said apparatus and
method covered by said patents, and to
agivre, sell and assign to any other person
full, absolute and exclusive rights for the
enjoyment of the rights covered by said
patents, to have and employ such managers,
directors. omcers, agents and other em
ployees, as the interest and convenience of
