Article IV. - The capital stol k oif this
corperation is fixed it one million dollars
($1.000,t0).00) whh ilia y iet increased or
reduced as permitted by law. lThatl the
said capital stock is to bie divided into
ten thousand (10.000i shares of onel hun
dred dollars ($100.00) eac'h, of whcllh eight
thousand (M,000) slihareis are to be pre
ferred stock, and two thousand (2.(000)
shares common stock. which maiy lie is

the holders of said preferred stock stock shall
be entitled to renelve from the surplus or
net profits of the corporation a yearly

Article V.-All the corporate powers of
tbhl corporation shall be vested in a board
of digectors, to be composed of five of
the common stockholders, who shall be
elected by the common stockholders on
the irst Monday of May of each year. be
ginning on the first Monday of Miy. 1914.
The preet board of directors shall hold
office until the first Monday of May. 1919.
and until their successors shall have been
elected and qualified. The directors shall
elect a President. and a Vice-President.
and a Secretary-Treasurer. In case of
any vacancy occurring on the board from
death, resialgnation or otherwine, the re
maining members sball fll the vacancy
until the next election. Three members
of the board of directors shall constitute

stills, or anything connected therewith.
To engage in or conduct a general mercan
tile business, both wholesale and retail, at
any point or points desired.
To manufacture machinetryC . or any kind
of implements, to iuy, sell, lease icr deal
in agricultural property.
To engag i thein the raising of live stock, or
ito deal c the same, and generally to do all
things which may be incidental or appurte
nant to any of the purposes hereinbefore
specifically noted.
ARTICLE II-The capital stock of this
corporation is hereby fixed at the sum of
One Hundred and Sixteen Thousand, Eight
lHundred ($116.800.00) Dollars. to be divided
into Eleven Hundred and Sixty-eight shares
of common stock of the par value of O-ce
itundred Dollars ($100.00) each.
ARTICLE IV-The amount to which the
c-apital stock of this corporation may be in
creased is hereby fixed at the amount of

ARTICLE V.-The domicile of this cor
