McShane I 0 THE NEW MAYOR OF A GREAT CITY Dear Mayor McShane: The good people of this City are already pleased with the man ner in which you have started out to govern this great City--To give us, "A government of the people, by the people and for the peo ple."-We have confidence in your ability, your integrity and 'honesty.--The same kind of "Pep" that made your business success ful will spell success for New Orleans. A wish to you and-yours for a prosperous New Year and a wish for the best Christmas you have ever enjoyed, comes sincerely from your many friends and acquaintances. We know you have before you a mighty work during the next four years, in guiding the many departments of this adminsitration.
