As a result of the "'Milk for Health T
Campaign." milk is now being sold le
in the schools.
Judging from the number of chil- m
dren who are taking advantage of m
this opportunity, it promises to be a 5f
great success. We are indeed glad
to note how many parents appre- (i
ciate the value of this wholesome E
food and we expect to see a splendid T
improvement in the children. in

last week were. Miss Helen Whar

BELLEVILLE NOTES.
A meeting of the helpers was held
on Monday evening in Belleville An
nex and final plans for the success- le
ful festival of May 3rd, were made.
The children have been suppliedbi
with the five cents milk from the
Loranger Creamery Co. This is el
wholesome milk and has been 1
specially approved by the medical de
partment of the Public School. It
is well-suited to build up growing
bodies. So far, the school has been
unable to supply each day's demand
because children want the milk who
have not ordered it the day previous. C
Children should remember to order
the milk they want, the day before.
Miss Buck, chief, and Mrs. Lanier,
assistant in charge of the Public
School lunches, accompanied by Mr. o'
Schlosser chief Inspector, visited Bel- s
leville last week. Their visit had in L
view the idea of making provisions at
for next session when this district a
is to be supplied with hot lunches. tl
