of School Dieetors of the Parish of
Bileville. Louisiana, in regular session
convened, that the whole of Bieaville
Parish, La., be and the same is hereby
* created into one Public School District
which shall be known as the Bianville
* Parish School District.
1 2. THAT AN ELECTION in the
whole parish be ordered to be held on
'SATURDAY, MAY 17, 1919, for the
Spurpose of submitting to the qualified
'electors of said parish the question of
ra levy of a special tax of 5 mills on
the dollar on the assessed valuation of
the property of said parish for a pe
riod of ten (10) years as a means of
providing a maintenance fund for the
public schools of Bienville Parish.
S3. THAT in the event said tax is
Svoted that all special school district
Staxes which have heretofore been voted
and levied in Bieuville Parish, except
those voted for building purposes, shall
be cancelled and not collected.
4. THAT ALL TAXES which have
been voted for building purposes shall
be so reduced in each case that; the
. millage will provide only s4uffcient rev
enue to meet the needs for which the
tax was voted.

Ordering a special election to le held

Section 1. Be it ordained by the
Parish Board of School Directors of

the said school district entitled to vote

Bienvllle Parish, that the President
and Clerk of Police Jury, be and are
hereby authorized and directed to ne
gotiate a ten~porary loan of SEVEN
TY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($75,000.00) or as much thereof as may
he necessary in the anticipation of the
receipts of Parish Taxes and revenues
applicable for the payment of the debts
and expenses of the said Parish of
Bienville for the current year, said
sum being for the purpose of paying
the current debts and expenses of said
Parish of Blenville for the current year
