on Saturday last with a cargo of
53,118 bales of cotton, besides
several thousand bushels of grain.
The exposure by the New York
World of the Union Pacific railroad
steel manipulated by McKiuley,
Hanna and Wall Street, in which the
World caused the sale of the road to
be postponed, was a great triumph
for that paper.
Kentucky didn't stay in the Repub
lican column long, and it was surely
