certain streets, and highways in the town of
Welsh, Parish of Calcasieu na.
Section I. Be it ordained l.3 the Mavyor and
board of Trustees of the 'Town of S elsh La.,
that the privilege'of constructing operating
maintaining and removing an oil pipe line or
line- over through and along that certain
street ot highway between sections twenty and
twenty.nine, beginning at the corner comnmon
to section t wenty and twenty-one, twenty-eight
and twenty-nine, Township nine south of
range four we-t La. MJI Thence west along
said hlighway one mile or less to its present
terminus, also along any extension or parts of
said highway or other highways which may be
here after constructed or laid out along or
near the section line west from this point with
in the limits of the Town of Welsh and across
all roads or streets intersecting the same is
hereby granted to The Texas (o, their suc
cessors and assigns, and as incident thereto
the right and privilege to construct and main
