The authorized capital stock of this corporation shall be Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, divided into and repro+sented by one hundred (100) shares of the par value of one hun ded ($100) dollars per share, which stock shall be paid for in cash at the time of subscription, or the same may he issued at not less than par, in pay ment for property or rights actually received or pur(chased by said corpo ration, or the the same be issued full praid for money advanced, or for such other valuable consideration or serv ices, as the Board of Directors of said corporation may determine, pro vided that no stock shall be issued until the consideration therefor shall have been received by said corpora tien. This corporation is authorized to commence business as such as soon as twenty shares of its capital stock, na gregating Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars has been subscribed and paid for. The stock of said corl)oration may he transferred, provided such transfer thereof be made upon the books of said corporation, and op surrender of the certificate thereof. No transfer of any fractional part of a share shall be made.
