H. Hewes, W. R. Spamn, A. E. Hinds, there being a Squorun the Board proceeded to i business, the object of the meet Sing was explained by the presi dent, and on motion of Mr. Mitchell the following resolution was adopted. n Resolved, That the president I be, and he is hereby authorised h to borrow from the Tallulah State Bank the sum of Fifteen Hund red Dollars, for the purpose of i defraying the expenses of the parish, and is further authorized to issue the negotable certifcate ' of the Police Jury, of" Madison Purish, for said amount payable i 14th January 1916, and to pledge !- tLe revenues of the parish as Ssacurity for the same and appro priation being hereby made for its payment out of any available r fund on or after its maturity. i.
