Be it ordained by the Pollee Jury of the Parish of St. Martin in rep ar meesting assembled, that the paris of Lt. Rf egular Meeting of the Police y Jury of .the Parish of St. Martin held onthis 7th. day of March 1887. SThe Meeting was called to order by the n President. The following members t were present: Hon F. Berard and Messrs. , Duchamp, Patin and Gillard. Absent: u Mr. Chs. Gutekunst. The Minutes of last meeting were read , and previous to being approved were n amended and changed as regards reso n lutions refering to cheeks and evidences f of indebtedness prior to the year 1889, f limiting same to date not to extend be * yond July Ilth. 1883, time at which the e, fands warrants were issued. - The clerk reports, as accountant of the I, Police Jury, that he has issued to date tf 455 cheeks on the Parish Treasurer, r- against appropriatiens of the schedule 7 of 1886, said checks amounting in total te to the sum of nine thousand, one hun k dred and twenty 451100 dollars, as shown V. by his books found correct and approved 3. He further reports that he has delivered is to the Sheriff Tax Collector blank Par to ish Licensee for the year 1887, amounting a to the sum of fifteen hundred dollars as id stipulated and detailed by receipt detail ,e and signed Feb. 17th 1887.
