Io., the Board was call ed to order; W're lre-ent lion. E. A. ])uchamp, President and Messr-. (ute kunst, Savoy and St. Germain; Ahbsrnt Mr. Auguste Ledoux. Tie minutes of yesterday's meeting were read and approved. The Lists of Assessmlent were laid be fore the Board by the assessor. The Lists of tile 4th Ward were taken up and ex amined until 1 o'clock p. in., at which time the Board took a recess of one hour. At 2 o'clock p. m., the Board met and took up work until 5 o'clock p. m., at which time the Board adjourned to to morrrow 9th instant at 9 o'clock a. m. Wednesday July 9th 1890. The Board met at 9 o'clock a. m. Absent Mr. Auguste Ledoux. Work was taken up examining T.; : of 4th Ward. At 1 o'eclock p. in.. a r .. was taken until 2 o'clock p. m. At 2 o'clock p. min., the Board was call ed to order. The Lists of 4th Ward were taken up and examined until 4l o'clock p. m., at which time the Btard adjourn ed to to-morrow 10th inst at 9 o'clock a. m.. having completel the 4th Ward and taken up the 1st Ward. Thursday July 10th 1890. At 9 o'clock a. m.. the Board was call ed to order. The roll was called. Absent Mr. Auguste Ledonx. The Clerk was dispensed readin'g minutes of previous meetings. There being no Pollee Jury business to transact, the work on Lists of Assess ment for let and 3d Wards was taken uip and continued until 1 o'clock p. m., when a recess was taken until 2 o'clock p. m. At 2 o'clock p. m., the Board is called to order. The Lists of 1st and 3d Wards were again taken up and examined until 4 o'clock p. m., at which time the Board adjourned.tonext morning at 9 o'clock a. m., Friday July Ilth 1890. At 9 o'clock a. m, the Board was call ed to order. The roll was call; Absent Mr. Auguste Ledoux. The action on the vacancy of cattle, postponed to this day on Monday last was spagain postponed and laid on the ta ble to be acted upon in proper time. Lists of Assessment let and 3d Wards were taken up and examined until I o'clock p. inm. At this time a recess was taken until 2 o'clock p. m. At 2 o'clock p. m., the meeting was again called to order. The Lists afore said were taken up and examined until 4 o'clock p. m, at which time the Board adjourned to Mondy next July 14th at 9 o'clock a. m. Monday July 14th 1890. The meeting was called to order at 9 o'clock a. m; Absent Messrs. Gutekunet and Ledoux. Lists of lest and 3d Wards taken up again, examined and completed. Lists of 5th Ward taken up and examined un tll 1 o'clock p. m. A recess was now taken until 2"' o'clock p. m. At 2 o'lock p. in., Board called to order. At 1 o'clock p. m., the Board took a receess antil 2% o'elock p. nt. At 21l o'clock p. m.. Board met ag in. The Anssessor being unwell no work was madeon the Lists of ,sseesment. The Board now adjourned to Monday the 21st at 9 o'clock a. m. Monday July S1 1890. The meeting is called to order at 9 o'clock a.m. Abeent; Messers. Gutekuns and Ledoux. The Lists of the non-residents anad Lists of the Corporation of Breaux Bridge were examined and both were completed, The Board at 1 o'clock p. mn. takes a re cess until 2~; o'clock p. m. At 2% o'clock p. m., the work on List of non-residents was continued and Lists of the Corporation of St. Martin ville was taken up. At 4% o'clock p. mI the Board adjourned to next day at I o'clock p. m. Tuesday July 22 1800. The meeting was called to order at I o'clock a. m. Absent Messrs. Gutekunsi and Ledonux. Reading of minutes dispensed with Lists of the non-residents and of the Corporation of St. Martinville were agal, taken up and both were completed. A recess is taken until 2H o'clock p. m.
