The following named persons shall constitute the fisrt Board of Directors, - and so continue to remain until the First Monday of December A. I There shall be a Secretary and a Tre - F II asurer. both of whom to be named and I1 r appointed by a majority of the Board of Directors. whom respective salary shall n 1 be fixed by by-laws or regulations of the e corporation; each of whom shall be re r movable at the Board's pleasure. The Treasurer shall furnish Bond, with se curity, for the faithful performance of all duties incumbent on him as such, - o- said Bond to be for such sum as may he to fixed by the Board, and the same to be ed approved and accepted by them.
