rish of St. Martin. Louisiana, by virtue
of tihe authority vested in them vested
and lu pursuauce of law did on this26th
day of September A. D). 1912, at the hour -
of Eleven o'clock A. M. meet in open ses
sion and proceed to open, canvas the re
turns aud declare the results of the spe
cial election called by the Mayor and
lowni Council of the 'Town of St. Mar- -
tiuvilhe. Louisiana. on the thirteenth
day of August. 19'J2, for submitting to
the qualitie tax payers of the Town of
t. Martinuvilie, Luuitsana. the proposi
tlou to levy a special tax of three and
uoa hall mill on the dollar per annum
on all taxable property situated in the
town of St. Martiuville. Louisiana. and
