Falgout and J. T.. LeBlane. Absent--E. U. Morvant and L. Rod r iue. President Aueoln stated that the Jury had been called at the request of Mesers Howell & Martin, atto, -leys for Drain age Dsltrlct No. 2, of this parish and tereupon requted Mr. Howell to ex plain and set before the Jury the matter Sbe desired to have the Jury pass upon. Mr. Howell read an ordinance, pre ared by his firm, under which the po ie Jtry ealls for an election in the Ord SDrainage District, at which election the tax payers of samd district are called Upes to vote a tax of five mills as all their assessable property, to run for a per: d of 0 years from date, and to isase Iolnds or the sum of Vý*,M)ll.
