lished in Jennings, Louisiana.
ARTICLE X
Whenever this corporation shall be
dissolved, either by expiration of its
term, or from any other cause, its af
fairs shall be liquidated by three (3)
commissioners to be elected by the
board of directors from its own mem
bers; and said commissioners shall re
main in office until the affairs of th is
corporati:on shall have been fully liq
uidated. Any vacancy occurring by
the death or resignation of any of the
said commissioners, shall be filled by
-appointment to be made by the re
maining commissiomleror commissiot'
ers.
ARTIC LE XI.
All stock issued by this corporation
shall be fully paid aind non-assessable
and no stockholder shall ever be held
liable, or responsible for the debts,
contracts, or faults of this corpora
tion in any further sum than the un
paid balance due to the company on
the shares owned by him; nor shall
any mere informality in the organi
zation of this company ha ve the effect
of rendering this charter null orof ex
posing any stockholder to any lia
bility beyond the amount of nis stock.
