PLANTATIONS FOR SALE.
I OFFER, at private sale, the place where 1 now re
side, situate in the Parish of East Fellciana, on
the waters of Blaff Creek, ten miles south east of
the town of Clinton, containing two sections, with
all the improvements thereon, consisting of a good
dwelling, out houses, gin and mill, 240 acres being
cleared; the place is a healthy location, well tim
bered and watered, and is as desirable as any in the
parish. Either one or both sections will he sold. to
suit purchasers. Also: that line tract of land, on
which the late Elizabeth Chaney resided. sold at
Probute sale on the 24th November last, situate on
the Amite river, in the abovenamed Parish, 13 miles
from the town of Clinton, containing 040 acres
good dwelling, gin, negro cabins, and other out,
houses, between two and three hundred acres being
open and under good repair. For terms apply to
the undersigned, on the premises.

and less, for CASH. For all sums over that
amount, a credit of 19 months from day of
sale, with eight per cent interest from day of
