to its Intersection with the cross road leading
over the embankment of the Cairo and Ut. Louis

the city, and that bycamore atreet he extended,
on it present course, and with a width of so feet
horn. Thirty-fourth meet to Its point of crossing
the presentcross levee, and Irom that point in a
straight line, uitha width of one hundred leet to
ts intersection with the northerly limit of the

above provided for. be levelled from its Interac
tion with Washington aveDUe to it intersection
with the county road, such levelling to be done,

Be It ordained by the city council of the city of

years from the date thereof, and to bear such per

and executed, as hereinbefore provided for, the

the face or par value of the bonds given In ex
ohange, no discount ol or deduction Irom the same
