and will hereafter conduct the business in
hit own name. His partner, residing at
Memphis, Tennessee, could not con
trlbuto in any way to the prosperity of
Tub Bulletin, and retires now that tho
undersigned may receive all the rewards
his own labors may bring to
him, and alone bear the bur
dons his ventures In business may
entail upon him. Tho partnership, which
ha been entirely harmonious, ii dissolved
by mutual consent, but with regret, also
mutual, that tho intereit of each of the
partners should rendor dissolution neces
sary. Heretofore the actions of tho undersign
ed have been somewhat constrained in his
business conduct by a desire to not step
beyond the wishes of an absent partner
whoso Intortsts were at stake with his
own; but now this embarrassment has
been removed, and he will not fall to avail
himself of the liberty brought to him by
the consciousness that bis own wel
fare is alone at stake, to risk allho has in
an attempt to make Tub Bulletin print
ing establishment one of the most com
