S. Walters, the lumber merchant, has

he purchased tho largest stock of Yellow

building material used in this market
Mr. Walters mado bis purchases for cash

Keep the Hair Uniilemished. "I
am like an old hcmlook withered at the
top," .aid a venerable Indian Chief, point
ing to his thin and bleaching locks. Thou
sands of men and women in civilized so
ciety," much younger than tho old Sana-
more, aro llko him, "withered at tho top,'
simply because tbey hove neglected to use
the mpans of preserving and beautifying
the hair whichjscionco has placed at thoir
disposal. If Lyon's Katiiairon bo faith
fully applied onco or twlco a day, to tho
fibers and the scalp, it is just as impossi
ble that tho hair should decay, wither, fall
out or becomo harsit ana fuzzy, as that a
meadow, duly refreshed with nightly dews
and sunlit rains, should becomo arid and
barren of green blades. This matchless
preparation not only kcops tho hair alive
and tho skin of tho head In a healthy and
clean condition, but actually multiplies
tho filaments and imparts to them n lustro
flexibility and wavy beauty unattainable
by any other modo of treatment. It does
not, liko the metallic aud sulpliurious hair
dyes, dry up tho natural moisturo of tho
scalp, but supplies nutriment to tho root,
of tho hair and vigor to tho fibers.
