THE BULLETIN.
The undonlgnod has purchased the
half-interest heretofore owned by M. 0,
Saundora In Tux Bulletin establishment
and will hereafter conduct the business In
hli own name. Hit partner, residing at
Memphis, Tennenee, could not con
tribute in any way to the proiperity of
Tux IJullxti.v, and rotlrea now that the
undersigned may receive all the rewards
his own labors may bring to
biro, and alone bear the bur
dons bis ventures in business may
entnil upon him. The partnership, which
has been entirely harmonious, is dissolved
by mutual consent, but with regret, also
mutual, that tho Interest of each of the
partners should render dissolution necessary.
Heretofore the actions of tho undersign
ed have been somewhat constrained in his
business conduct by a deslru to not step
beyond the wishes of an absent partner
whose interosts were at stake with his
own ; but now this embarrassment has
beon removed, and he will not fail to avail
himself of the liberty brought to him by
tbo consciousness that bis own welfare-
is alone at stake, to risk all he has In
an attempt to make The Bulletin print
ing establishment one of tbo most com
plete in .the State. He hat) already pur
chased very valuable printing materials-
presses and type, and has had built a splen
did steam engine. He may now point to
Tut Bulletin office with somo degree
of pride; but bis efforts shall not bo re
laxed, if the business men and the good
people of Cairo sustain him by a llboral
patronage.
In a few days Tux Weekly will
be greatly enlarged and improved, and
Tnx Sunday Bulletin be made a wel
come visitor to every family in the citj .
Both these editions of Tax Bulletin
will receive especial attention, and will be,
we have little doubt, acknowledged by
everybody to be entitled to tbo support of
every Cairo man and woman who takes an
Interest in the city and a pride in her meri
torious institutions. John U. (Jiierlt.
