Sec. 302. Any practicing physician who

laboring under any, contagious, infcqtiotis or
pestilential disease, sum lortnwitu hiiiko rc
port thereof to tho mayor or city marshal, do-
scribing the locality of tlio patient, so that ho
or sno may 00 easily tounu ; nnu upon u tan
uro so to do, said pliysiclan shall bo liablo to
n penalty not exceeding twenty dollars.
Now, therefore, proclamation is horoby
mado that tho above quoted provisions of tho
ordinances will bo rigidly enforced, and citi
zens must govern themselves accordingly.
