Ordinance No. 49 An ordinance to amend Section Two of Ordinance Nunbor 31 of the City of Williston, entitled, An Ordinance Regu lating Billaid Roojjas and Bowling al leys. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Williston, North Dakota: That Section Two of Ordinance Num ber 31 of the City of Williston be and the same is amended to read as follows LICENSE. HOW OBTAINED, TERM OF. AMOUNT OF. Any person desiring to ob tain such license shall present a written or printed application therefor to the City Treasurer of said City, stating therein the kind of tables, or for what said license is applied for and designat ing the place or room in which such tab les or alleys are to be kept, and upon paying the said City Treasurer the sum of ten Dollars ($10.00) per year or at that rate from the time of application made for the balance of the term of such license,*for each billard or pool room and the sum of Oue Dollar ($1.00) per month in like manner as aforesaid for each and every Bowling or Ten-pin alley so kept shall receive from the said re as re is re stating the amount paid at the date of application asked for, for at a id a at in place in which said tables or Bowling Alleys are to be kept, and on presenta tion thereof to the City Auditor said applicant shall receive license therefor stating the articles fo^which it is grant ed, the room where it is to be kept, and to whom granted, the period for which it is granted, the amount paid, and.&uch license shall terminate on this first day of January next succeeding the date of such license. Such license shall be signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the City Auditor with the •Corporate Seal attached, and shall not be trans ferable. SECTION 2. This amended ordinance shall take effect and be inforced from and after its passage, approval and pub lication according to law. Passed by the City Council of the City of Williston, N.
