John Hultman was arrested Mon day charged with dumping garbage within the city limits and not in the place specified by the board of health. Hultman is employed by H. T. Dolloff and was dumping material in a low lot when arrested. Dolloff will doubtless fight the case for Hultman. Jourgen Olson, the well known land man is president of the institution and besides himself, Fred Spatb and others are interested in the bank. At this time of the year, there is always a good deal of sickness among the cattle and horses and there is nothing finer to tone them up than a few feeds of good stock food.
