This farm lies half in the valley and half on the up land. There is a splendid house, also an extra house. The barn is commod ious but not very valuable. There is running water on the place, 200 acres of this farm in the valley Is in crop, 60 acres in timber and 40 acres in' pas ture. There is 320 acres upland of which 220 acres are level. This upland half section contains a valuable coal mine and a vein of from five to eight ft-el of solid Coal. The Soo Railroad Company has a side track on the farm ard a loading station. This farm can be bought on reasonably easy terms, hay one quarter cash, and the price is 121.00 per acre. The $1.00 per acre is our com mission, so if we sell the 64.0 acres we will make ?640.00, and you will make from $15.00 to $25.00 per acre in buy ing it, as this farm really and truly ought to be worth $50.00 per acre. The owner does not want to sell it, but for family reasons will do so. He would be mighty glad to lease it, however, from the purchaser for at least three years, and he is a good farmer, too. This •Is one of the best general stock and grain farms around Minot. And in addition there is $150,000 worth of coal on it.
