Neelarids, whose hus band is connected with the Stone-Or dean-Wells Co., of this city, died sud denly at her apartments at the Din hie Flats Monday night at 10:30 o' clock, from heart failure. Mrs. Nee lands has had spells with her heart for the past two years, but was as well as usual of late, feeling but slightly indisposed for two days prior to her death. Her husbaind was at her bed side when death came. The remains will be intetrred in Rose Hill cemetery Friday. A sister is enroute to this city and the funer al has been delayed until her arrival. Cora Cooper was married to Mr. Neelands. at Bottineau nine years ago and six years ago Mr. and Mrs. Nee lands came to Minot,-where they have since resided. Mrs. Neelands was born in Indiana and came to North Dakota with her parents 25 years ago. For 1 VVi w- V/l. Chas. Kutz of Maxbass was brought here last night from Fargo by Deputy United States Marshal Thorwald Mos tad, having been committed to the cus tody of Sheriff S. O. Sampson by Judge C. F. Amidon of the federal court. Kutz had been fined $5 for shooting migratory birds contrary to the federal game laws. He paid the fine and was released this morning.— Towner Tribune. A young lad of fifteen years was brought before the court by Col onel Scarlett, the Juvenile Officer, and charged with attempting to steal and get away with a new bicycle from a farmer's wagon. After hearing the evidence the Judge ordered the boy to be sent'to the Industrial School at Mandan, appointing the superinten dent of that institution his guardian. The boy will have an opportunity of being schooled and taught a trade to make him a useful member of society. I have a light team of horses I want to sell or trade for anything I can use.
