Mouck, prominent dairyman from west of the city, was in town this morning and stated that within 72 hours, the Mouse river has raised at his place sixteen inches. It is creep ing steadily upward and if it goes up two feet more his farm buildings wiU be entirely surrounded by water. It Will have to go up 9 feet before it reaches the floor of his house. He is getting ready to move his stock and some effects out if the river continues to rqise. In the city of Minot, the river is up out of its banks in several places, but no damage has yet been done.
