Frank W. Parker reopened the spring
term of court here Wednesday after a
three weeks' recess, during which he
has been holding court in other distri"ts.
In taking up the motion asking for
the arrest of judgment In the David
Guadarama case, judge Parker held the
motion was well taken and sustained It,
holding that no crime was charged in
the indictment. Guadarama was re
manded to jail to await the action of
the grand jury and the next term of
court, being allowed bail in the sum of
Guadarama was found guilty by the
jury sitting In the case of murder in
the first degree of Ignacio Pe-na, whose
dead body was found in a river near

in evidence of the appreciation which

day Frank W. Campbell was elected as
cashier for the new concern. Mr. Camp
bell comes from El Paso and is well
known there in banking circles, having
