muzzled within the corporate limits of
the city of El Paso, will be taken up,
impounded and destroyed, if not
promptly redeemed. The payment of a
license tax on the dog will not prevent
his destruction if he Is permitted to
run at large unmuzzled. The proper
officers of the city and the police es
pecially and the city scavenger and his
employes are especially charged with
the duty of enforcing this prolamation.
