CUBES OLD
BLOOD DISEASE
Contagious Blood Poison is responsible for a great many old blood
troubles; for its evil influences are often felt through many generations.
Parents transmit the seeds of the disease to their children, and scrofulous
sores, skin eruptions, catarrhal troubles, Rheumatism, ulcerating glands,
and other stubborn diseases result from this most insidious of all poisons.
There is no such thing as lolling the germs of this mighty poison. Any
medicine powerful enough to do this would destroy the delicate linings of
"the stomach and bowels, and permanently wreck the entire health. The
only way to cure these old blood diseases is to REMOVE the cause from
the circulation, and that is just what S. S. S. does. It goes into the blood1
and drives out every taint and poison and makes this vital fluid pure, fresh
and nourishing. S. S. S- is made entirely of roots, herbs and barks; it does
not contain the least particle of mineral iii any form, and is absolutely safo
for persons of any age. S. S. S. curqs blood diseases and aisorders of
every character, whether inherited or acquired. Book on the Blood and
any medical advice ftee. THE SWIFT SPECIFIC CO., ATLANTA, GA.

THREE CROPS OP GRAPES '
IX TIIE UPPER VALLEY
Las Cruces, N. M., Sept. 2. Professor
Fabian Garcia, head of the horticultural
department at the New Mexico College
of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts, re
ports quite a curiosity in the line of
grape culture. In the experimental
vineyard, there are a number of vines of
tle white seedless, grape which pro
duced a good crop. Thns week it was
discovered that there was another crop
of fruit which was just ripening and
there are also many bunches of ex
tremely small grapes which will make a
third crop 'if frost does not strike here
too soon. This is the first instance on
record of a grape vine producing three
crops in one season? The second crop,
which is now ripe, has as good flavor
as the first and the bunches are practic
ally as large.
