section of the south line of Improve
ment District No. 1 to the north line
of Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Reser
vation. Said pavement in all respects to con
form with the specifications therefor
prepared by the City Engineer, and
now on file in .his office, which said
specifications have been pproved by
this council. Said advertisement shall
