Women's- Foreign Missionary society of
the Methodist church, were stricken
with ptomaine poisoning here during
a bunqut t in the basement of Trinity
Methodist church, at which 300 dele
gates were present Many others be
came ill after leaving the church. Phy
sicians are unable to deolde what food
was responsible for the trouble.
The dinner was provided by the
women of two Denver Methodist church
es, who employed a local caterer to
furnish the food.
