. Xfia contract for the construction of
a two story apartment house to be
built by Mrs. M. J. Allen will be let
Monday. The building will be erected
on Magoffin avenue between Ange
and Qctavia streets, and will cost

fied by the sheriff as Gilmore, wanted
at Clinton on charges of forgery al
leged to have been committed at that
place 14 years ago. He was arrested
